Multiple MySQL databases are created in the control panel, not in phpMyAdmin, and they use the same database user as the others.
If you want to create additional MySQL databases, it must be done via our Control Panel.
You cannot create additional databases yourself through phpMyAdmin.
Extra MySQL databases must be accessed using the same user as your other databases.
