Should there be a problem with a server or service, it will be shown on this site and our system administrators will be informed immediately, 24/7.

All customers can view a detailed operational report for their particular products in our control panel.

There are currently no operation problems registered on any Simply.com servers.

Scheduled service maintenance

We will be switching DKIM signing from unoeuro._domainkey to simplycom1._domainkey (same key).

This will be seamless for all domains using Simply.com nameservers.

Customers NOT using our nameservers but still relying on our DKIM record, will need to add the following records to their DNS zones manually:

  • simplycom1._domainkey CNAME dkim1.simply.com
  • simplycom2._domainkey CNAME dkim2.simply.com

The old unoeuro._domainkey record can be removed after this date.
