After you have added a domain alias, you can use the 1‑click installer in the control panel to select the alias and install software – remember to use a unique table prefix.
1-click installation on temporary URL
You can use 1‑click installation on the temporary URL and later switch to the final one via Managed WordPress.
Can I install 1-click but keep my current site until the new one is ready?
Yes – create a subdomain, install 1‑click there, so the old site remains live until you move the new one to the main domain.
Get started with newly installed 1-click package
Save the displayed links and your chosen login credentials after the 1‑click installation, so you can get started straight away or reinstall if you forget the data.
System update installed with 1-click
The 1‑click installation only installs; you must keep your system up‑to‑date yourself, e.g. with WordPress’s built‑in update function.
Uninstallation of 1-click package
Remove a 1‑click package by deleting the files via FTP and the MySQL tables in phpMyAdmin, and reinstall by overwriting with a fresh installation.
What do 1-click installations cost?
