The 1-click installer always installs the system with your domain as the primary URL.
To make the 1-click installer work on your temporary URL, after having completed the installation, you normally have to edit the URL in the database, or a configuration file, and change it to the temporary URL.
Where it has to be changed, varies from system to system. Check this with the documentation for the respective system.
For example, WordPress has this guide: http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL
When you nolonger wish to use the temporary URL, remember to change it back to the correct one.
