You cannot change the domain on a product; order a new web hosting plan or use DNS service and swapping, but data will be deleted.
It is unfortunately not possible to simply change the domain that has been ordered for a product. The product is, by default, locked to the domain.
If you want a different domain for a webhosting plan, you can either place an order for a new webhosting plan, in the usual way, via our website. Afterwards you can simply let the “old” webhosting plan expire.
You can also purchase the new domain as a DNS Service and then use our “Swap products” function in our control panel, so the webhosting plan and DNS Services swap domains. This way you can use the remaining period of the already purchased webhosting plan for the domain you want. Note that all data is deleted when such a swap is performed.
