Account sharing and developer access
Give other users or developers access to your Simply.com account via account administration, but only use trust, two‑factor authentication and change codes when finished.
AI and data security
Simply.com processes AI locally in the EU, encrypted and GDPR‑compliant, without sharing or using your data for training without consent.
Billing of VAT (CVR number)
VAT billing depends on your status and CVR/VAT number, with rules for Danish, EU and non‑EU customers.
Bundling of products on the same account
Consolidate all products on a single account for easy access and transfer individual products via the Control Panel under Administration → Transfer product.
Can I run NodeJS applications on my web hosting?
You can host static Node‑JS/Vue/React sites on our Webhosting, but SSR applications do not run.
Change domain that belongs to a product
You cannot change the domain on a product; order a new web hosting plan or use DNS service and swapping, but data will be deleted.
Change passwords
How to change your product password and reset your Simply.com user password
Change web hosting from ASP to PHP, or vice versa
Switch your web hosting between ASP and PHP at any time in the control panel under Website → Change to ASP/PHP; the change takes effect immediately.
Cron jobs
At Simply.com you can set up cronjobs either via the control panel's URL‑based cron system or by logging in with SSH and using the Linux crontab.
Data processing agreement

Disk space usage at Simply.com
You get 10 GB for your website, unlimited MySQL/Statistics, separate mail quotas and up to 5,000,000 files – no sharing of space as with competitors.
Error opening front page on web hosting
The error is caused by a missing index file or a missing public_html folder – place your files in public_html or recreate the folder via FTP/file manager.
File location
Upload your website files to the public_html folder – here your index file and everything that appears on the domain are located.
File/data recovery
We perform daily backups, you can restore files and MySQL databases for free in the control panel, while manual restoration of email, MSSQL etc. costs €25.
Forgot/lost details for user or web hosting
Find your lost user or webhosting details in the control panel, and reset a forgotten password via the control panel's reset page.
Free traffic
Simply.com provides unlimited traffic, as long as you do not overload the server's resources and comply with our terms.
Geographic location of servers, data and IP addresses
Our servers, data and IP addresses are located in Denmark at the team.blue‑datacentre, with low latency to the rest of Europe.
HTTPS (SSL) protection
Install SSL certificate, enable HTTPS and forced redirect – also with Let’s Encrypt – directly in Simply.com’s control panel.
Missing invoice
Find all receipts in the Invoice overview on your account and have them automatically sent by email.

Ordering webhosting without a domain
You cannot order web hosting without a domain – you must choose a domain, and transferring your existing one is optional.
Payment options
We accept cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, offer automatic renewal and e‑invoice which can be imported into accounting systems such as e‑conomic.
Phishing emails
Phishing emails from Simply.com are identified by the sender address, send suspicious emails to phishing@simply.com, and avoid entering data or transferring money.
Phone support at Simply.com
Telephone support is only available for Pro and Enterprise customers, with a personal PIN code; others can upgrade or use the ticket system.
Product transfer
Transfer products via the Control Panel under Account Administration, select Transfer products and follow the instructions for an existing or new account.
Renewals at Simply.com
Renew your webhosting or domain in the control panel, get reminders, use automatic renewal or cancel before a 14‑day suspension.
Report abuse
Report malware, phishing etc. to abuse@simply.com and we will investigate the case within 72 hours – only the email is accepted.
Security scans
Scanning of our servers is permitted with prior notice; we can block malicious activity, and vulnerabilities must be validated, website responsibility lies with the owner.
Setting up subdomains
You can create subdomains in the control panel under the Website tab.
