Renew your webhosting or domain in the control panel, get reminders, use automatic renewal or cancel before a 14‑day suspension.
Renewals are carried out via the top‑up principle, in the same way as is known from, for example, talk time for mobile phones.
When your product or domain is about to expire, you will receive a series of e‑mail reminders from Simply.com, informing you that it is soon time to renew web hosting or domain. It is important to emphasise that web hosting and domain are renewed separately, and do not necessarily follow the same period – therefore read the reminders you receive carefully.
If a product is not renewed, it will be suspended for 14 days and then deleted; thereafter the product is considered terminated.
It is extremely important to keep the e‑mail address you have provided us up to date; without a correct e‑mail address you will receive no reminders and consequently you may risk losing your product. If you have supplied a mobile phone number, we will also remind you via SMS.
Both web hosting and domain can be renewed through our control panel, under the menu item “Administration”.
You can conveniently add a payment card inside our Control Panel and enable automatic renewal for your products with us. We will then automatically renew your products and domains when they approach expiry.
You can switch automatic renewal off again at any time.
If you wish to terminate or delete a product, this must be done through our Control Panel.
Select the relevant product you wish to delete/terminate, then click “Terminate & Delete” and follow the instructions on the page carefully.
You can delete a Simply.com account when there are no active products on it. This is done from the front page of our Control Panel.
