Data Processing Agreement
As a website owner, you must have a data processing agreement with Simply.com, which you can sign in the control panel – servers and data are in Denmark.
As a website owner, you probably collect a range of information about your customers, users or visitors.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) asks you to consider how you store this information, how you collect it, and whether you should store and collect it at all. Ask yourself these questions and take a critical approach, and you will already have come a long way.
As a hosting provider, the information you collect is often stored with us, and we are therefore the data processor for this information.
This means you need to set up a data processing agreement with us, so that you can tell your users how the data is secured on Simply.com's part.
You can find our data processing agreement on our compliance page here: https://www.simply.com/compliance/
In our control panel, you can sign the applicable data processing agreement for each Simply.com account.
Unfortunately, we do not offer to make changes to our data processing agreement.
