Access with AI / MCP

Simply.com offers both a REST API and an MCP, so you can automate the administration of your web hosting services.

¶REST API

The REST API allows you to programmatically manage every aspect of your hosting, from domain and DNS configuration to e‑mail accounts, databases and file transfers. The API is based on standard HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) and returns responses in JSON format, making it easy to integrate with both internal systems and third‑party tools.

You can also use the REST API for dynamic DNS (DDNS), enabling you to update your DNS records automatically from your devices.

¶MCP

Simply.com’s MCP is designed specifically to be used by AI systems for fully automated control of your hosting services without human intervention.

¶Upload files with AI

An AI agent can upload files to our products via SSH or FTP.
Most AI agents can easily do this when they access our MCP, which provides instructions on the best way to proceed.
