This guide requires that you have already set up your e-mail account in E-Mail in our control panel.
Open Microsoft Outlook 2016.
Select the File menu then the Add Account item.
Enter your email address, press Advanced Settings and check the box "Let me manually configure my account".
Fill in the fields as shown with values specified in your creation email.
NOTE: Username is ALL your email address and not just "john" but "email@example.com"! The password is the password you chose in the mail administration under your control panel.
Enter your selected e-mail password and check the box Save this password to the password list and press OK.
