Antispam
Our antispam scores incoming mails, sends spam to the spam folder or quarantine, and can be adjusted and trained via webmail.
Does Simply.com delete my email?
Simply.com only deletes email when the account is deleted – lost emails are usually caused by the POP3 client deleting them, so use IMAP or adjust settings.
Email forwarding
Set up email forwarding in the control panel under Email → Domain Settings → Forwarders by specifying the sender and recipient address(es).
Forgot password for mail accounts
Reset forgotten email password via the control panel, webmail or reset email and remember to update it in all your email programmes.
Mail limits and policies
We have strict inbound and outbound mail limits to ensure performance and prevent abuse, with hourly and daily caps and no attachment limit.
Outgoing mail server for scripts
Send mail from your scripts via websmtp.simply.com on port 587 with login, but only use it for normal sending – avoid spam and mass email.
Problems sending via smtp.simply.com

Secure Mail
Simply.com uses TLS encryption for email, does not store encrypted, 2‑factor does not work, public secure mail requires MitID encryption.
