A 403 Forbidden occurs when the server blocks the request due to a missing start file or .htaccess/plugin, but it is not caused by Simply.com.
403 Forbidden is an error message that occurs when the request is denied/blocked by the web server.
The denial happens either because there is no start file/index file in the folder being requested, or because the request is blocked due to a plugin/CMS or a restriction set in the .htaccess file on the website.
The blocking is NOT due to anything Simply.com has set up or done; such a block would instead produce a 555 or 455 error code.
If you use our website designer, you will receive a 403 error if you try to access known WordPress URLs such as /wp-admin.
If you want to use WordPress instead of our website designer, you can disable the website designer via our Control Panel.
