My web hosting is about to expire, and I only want to keep the domain

Downgrade your expired webhosting plan to a DNS service to retain and manage the domain, but all data will be deleted.

When a web hosting plan expires, the product is deleted and you can no longer manage the domain associated with the web hosting.

If you no longer want a web hosting plan for a domain but still wish to retain administration and renewal of the domain, you should downgrade the web hosting to a DNS Service before it expires.

This can be done via the Administration menu item, which you can find in our Control Panel. Then select “Change product”. Please note that when downgrading to a DNS Service, all data on the web hosting will be deleted immediately, including, for example, e‑mails and the website.

If your web hosting has already expired and been deleted, but you still wish to manage the domain, you can order a DNS Service for the domain through our website.
