Can I order a domain of a type that you don’t offer?
You can order webhosting and DNS for domains we do not provide, but you must own the domain yourself and point the DNS or name servers to us.

Control panel says .dk domain is about to expire
Move your .dk domain to Simply.com management to have the correct expiry date displayed in the control panel.
DNSSEC
DNSSEC is automatically enabled on Simply.com's name servers and can be managed via the control panel, also on other name servers with DS/DNSKEY.
Get Auth-ID at Punktum.dk
Log in to Punktum’s self‑service, select the domain, click ‘Change reseller’ and ‘GENERATE CODE’ to get your Auth‑ID.
Hide WHOIS information
GDPR means that WHOIS only displays minimal data, private individuals' information is hidden, while company data is public; .dk domains require extra protection.
I can see I own a domain, can I buy it?
We do not sell customers' domains – contact the owner directly or find another available domain.
I have just approved the transfer of my domain, when will it take effect?
After you have approved the domain transfer, it can take 12–48 hours before the domain points to our name servers.
IDN (æøå) domains
IDN domains with æøå are supported in modern browsers, but can cause e‑mail problems, so we recommend using an ASCII domain and forwarding the IDN version.
My web hosting is about to expire, and I only want to keep the domain
Downgrade your expired webhosting plan to a DNS service to retain and manage the domain, but all data will be deleted.
Order .dk domain from Punktum DK waiting list
Order a .dk domain from the Punktum DK waiting list by placing a regular order, sending the auth‑ID and user‑ID via the two emails, after which the domain will be registered to you.
Ordering .se/.nu/.no domains
To register .se/.nu you need a CVR or CPR number, and .no requires a Norwegian organisation number or personal ID plus a Norwegian address (personal ID can be obtained from Norid).
Ordering webhosting and waiting to transfer the domain
Order webhosting with Simply.com, use the temporary URL for development and approve the domain transfer when you’re ready – no rush.
Ordering webhosting without transferring the domain
You can order web hosting from us without transferring your domain, and later transfer it via the control panel.
Ownership change for .dk domains
Transfer .dk domains and update contact details easily in Simply.com’s control panel – everything is handled by Punktum dk.
Relevant IP addresses for products
Find all IP addresses and hostnames for your product under “Administration” in the control panel.
Transition to reseller management of .dk domains
From 1 July 2026 .dk domains must be administered by a reseller; transfer yours for free to Simply.com and keep control, DNS and MitID verification.
URL redirect
Redirect your domain's URL via DNS in the control panel or with the .htaccess file on your webhosting.
