We perform daily backups, you can restore files and MySQL databases for free in the control panel, while manual restoration of email, MSSQL etc. costs €25.
We guarantee that we always have a backup of our servers and your data.
We take daily backups of all servers, and these backup data are kept for several weeks, so there is a good chance we can retrieve your data again if you have accidentally deleted it. Our backup runs once a day, at night around 01‑03.
It is possible to restore folders/files and/or a MySQL database yourself for free via our Control Panel.

As restoring emails, individual files, MS SQL databases and specific database tables is a manual process, this incurs a small fee of 25 EUR, should the customer be responsible for the data loss.
