Restoration of files/data

We guarantee that we always have a backup of our servers and your data.
We take daily backups of all servers, and these backup data are retained for 30 days, so there is a good chance we can retrieve your data again if you have accidentally deleted it. Our backup runs once a day, at night around 01‑03.

It is possible to restore folders/files and/or a MySQL database yourself for free via our Control Panel.

Since restoring emails, individual files, MS SQL databases and specific database tables is a manual process, this incurs a small fee of 25 EUR, provided the customer is responsible for the data loss.
