Phishing emails from Simply.com are identified by the sender address, send suspicious emails to phishing@simply.com, and avoid entering data or transferring money.
We often see phishing e‑mails that are sent in our name in an attempt to deceive our customers and exploit our credibility.
Please note that Simply.com always only sends e‑mails from the simply.com domain, and that all e‑mails from us are digitally signed.
You can recognise a phishing e‑mail by looking at the sender address or the links the e‑mail contains.
Hover over the sender address or a link, and check where it leads.
The content of these e‑mails can often be very well crafted, so they look like a genuine e‑mail, but the sender address will always reveal a phishing e‑mail.
Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to prevent phishing e‑mails.
If you have received a suspicious e‑mail, we ask you to forward it to us at phishing@simply.com, so we can analyse it and have the content taken down.
If you have received a phishing e‑mail it is very important that you DO NOT:
You should mark the e‑mail as "unwanted / “junk” / “spam" and then delete it, and you should of course not pay or enter your details on the site.

You are always welcome to contact our support if you are unsure – feel free to attach a screenshot or a copy of the e‑mail when you contact us.
If you have only clicked a link in a phishing e‑mail and done nothing further, there is often no cause for concern.
If you download the app My digital self‑defence to your smartphone, you will receive warnings when we become aware that phishing is being sent.
