Auto-reply, or “out‑of‑office” messages, are used to automatically send a reply email back to people who send an email to a given mail account.
Auto-reply is set up via our Mail Administration, which you can find in our Control Panel. It can also be set up for an individual user via the link here https://www.simply.com/dk/mail/autoreply/

Be careful about writing that you are on holiday and how long you will be away. Everyone who emails you will receive a reply with this information, including spam emails and other unpleasant senders.
Auto-reply is considered by many to be a nuisance if the content is not relevant or informative – therefore we recommend that you only set up auto-reply on a mail account for short periods, such as when you are away, and not permanently.
Note that auto-replies are not sent if the sender is the same as the recipient, and auto-replies are only sent to each recipient once every 12 hours, so if the same person sends you 10 emails within 20 minutes, they will only receive one auto-reply back.
