Setting up mail in Outlook 2003

How to set up your Simply.com email in Outlook 2003 via IMAP using the server mail.simply.com

This guide assumes you have already set up your email account through Email in our control panel.

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook

  2. Select the Features menu then the Email accounts item.

    Click Add new email account then OK.

  3. Under server type select IMAP

  4. Enter the information as shown in the screenshot below.

    IMPORTANT: The incoming server must be mail.simply.com

    NOTE: The account name is YOUR full email address and not just, for example, "john" but "john@domain.xxx"! The password is the one you chose in our mail administration.

  5. Click Finish.

Your account is now configured and ready to use. Mail is retrieved by clicking “Send & Receive” in the menu.
