What is my outgoing mailserver called?

We recommend sending through our outgoing mail server.

Alternatively you can send via the mail server provided by your internet service provider. Contact your provider for further information.

Simply.com's SMTP server

You can use Simply.com's outgoing mail server, called smtp.simply.com. To use this server, configure your email application to use password authentication, and log in with the same info used for the incoming mail server. The server is available on port 25, 587, 2525 and 8080.

A number of internet service providers prevent their customers from sending via port 25, here you can try port 587, 2525 or 8080 instead.

You are not able to use other servers than smtp.simply.com from your email application, not mail.yourdomain.com nor websmtp.simply.com.

Sending via your website

smtp.simply.com cannot be used for newsletters, mass sending or sending from a webspace. Please use websmtp.simply.com for this: https://www.simply.com/en/support/faq/mail/606/
