Setting up mail in Windows 8 Mail
This guide assumes you have already set up your e‑mail account via the “E‑Mail” menu item, which you can find in our Control Panel.
1. Open Mail in Windows 8
2. Choose the “Show all settings” button, and below select “Other account”. Under Settings you can also add new accounts.
3. You can find the correct information that needs to be entered in the setup email that was sent to you when you ordered your webhosting.
IMPORTANT: The incoming server must be mail.simply.com
The username is your FULL e‑mail address and not just, for example, <b>john</b> but <b>john@domæne.xxx</b>! The password is the password you chose in the mail administration in our control panel.
4. Your account is now configured and ready to use.
