With a web hosting plan, one FTP account is included. Unfortunately it is not possible to have more FTP accesses than this.
If you need an additional FTP access, for example to have an upload folder, we instead recommend that you download or develop a PHP or ASP script for this. See, for example, http://phpfileuploader.com/
It is a misconception to think that extra FTP accounts guarantee extra security. A person with an extra FTP account could relatively easily bypass the restrictions of such an account, for instance via PHP scripts.
